SCOPE OF PROJECT: SALES MANAGER

Client engaged Canvas Creative Agency to drive retreat bookings, manage client relationships, and maximise occupancy across the new brand prior to launch and then ongoing for the property. The scope focused on identifying and converting retreat enquiries into confirmed events while ensuring a seamless client experience from initial enquiry through to event delivery.

Working closely with the operations team, the Sales Management activation oversees the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, proposal development, pricing strategy and contract management. The role also involves nurturing ongoing and long-term partnerships with retreat facilitators, corporate groups and wellness organisations to build repeat bookings and sustainable revenue growth.

A key part of the project scope is around maintaining a strong understanding of the retreat market and positioning EcoView as a premium destination for wellness, corporate and private retreat experiences. Through proactive outreach, relationship management and strategic sales planning, the Sales Manager ensures consistent bookings and a high-quality guest experience aligned with the EcoView brand.
